Aaaaahhh! I feel pulled in a hundred different directions at all times of the day. Ok, what mom doesn't? But really, I have a new heightened sense for it all. I've realized I've got to figure out a better way to efficiently manage my time. Easton's officially been in Kindergarten one week and today was the first time we arrived not rushing and screaming at each other. *sigh* You'd think I have this figured out, but no. Yesterday decided to utilize my phone's many features and have it remind us 15 minutes prior to get out the door for school. And...it worked. What a relief!
While exercising this morning I was interrupted with 2 important phone calls, after the fact that I got started 30 minutes late due to x,y, and z getting in the way. Ding! A light went on in my head-suck it up and wake up earlier. I looove my sleep so this is a hard one for me. But necessary. Exercise should not be optional, and I know my day will go so much smoother. I read a quote yesterday: "There is no Try, just DO." I need to keep that on my fridge.
I also got out my beautiful Notebook. I bought this months and months ago because I fell in love, but wasn't sure what to use it for. Purpose found. I'm one who likes to keep her to do's, notes, numbers, lists all in one place. Here's a beautiful book for a new start. How could it not be motivating to organize my life on such beautiful paper?
If these 2 things go easier, maybe everything else will find its place. I'll have more time to spend at the pharmacy, helping there, The boys will get quality time because I'm not trying to multitask every minute because I've miscalculated my time. Maybe a planned dinner will happen more often-sure needs to! I feel a bit better already.

Is that quote from Yoda in Star Wars? "Do or do not, there is no try." HAHA-Alec has me quoting Star Wars now. I'm such a mom.
I love pretty notebooks! Sometimes you just need to put a few thoughts down and it's really inspiring.
Oh and when it comes to crazy mornings before school - Paul is in 3rd grade and we still have never had a peaceful morning all these years :)
