Better chocolate chip cookies


How is that possible you say? Well, I love ccc, make 'em all the time, but with very inconsistent results. Then my superfantastic friend Rachael gave me her secret that I am now going to exploit to the world: use half the butter called for. Maybe you all knew this trick, but I did not. I just made these for Dave to take to work (yea work!) and they turned out perfect. And I don't miss the other 1/2 cup of fat at all. Now I just need to find my scoopers amongst the sea of boxes...wait - I labeled them!

Do you use the tollhouse recipe, or another one?
