I concocted this treat today in hopes of attending a mom's brunch that I ended up not getting to attend due to house selling business. Oh well!

Chocolate Treats
Mix together:
1 3/4 c. all purpose flour
1/3 c. sugar (plus about 2 T.)
about 1/4 c. cocoa
2 t. baking powder
1/4 t. salt
1 beaten egg
about 1 c. milk
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 c. chocolate/white chips
Fill muffin tins (get a fun shape!) and bake at 400 degrees until done. (my little nibbles took about 10 minutes)
Do you have a set of these in your drawer yet? If you ever bake - you must! I got mine at a moving sale for nothing and now would pay lots for them. Sure makes scooping dough/batter easier, and uniform.

I'm sorry you were unable to make brunch. I'm really sorry I wasn't able to eat your yummy treat! I guess I'll have to try the recipe for myself - it sounds easy and delicious - my kind of baking!
