Today is Joyce's birthday. (previous owner of the pharmacy) So I made her these treats, and I think they turned out pretty. They were super yummy too. I love birthdays.
I didn't like the look of the addition of the cinnamon sugar on top, but luckily she did. The topping is crystallized carrots: shredded carrots cooked in sugar water, layed out on waxed paper and 'crumpled' on top.
