I just loooooove the 4th of July. It is my most favorite holiday ever. Why? I love that it's free. Rich and poor alike can all enjoy a parade and fireworks together. There's no presents, no stress of decorating, getting dressed up or making extravagent meals. Good old fashioned fun. I especially like the patriotism. I always get choked up seeing the flag go by and hearing the sirens of all the rescue vehicles. And I appreciate seeing the veterans in the parade as well. This year was great. We went to the great Provo parade, had a bbq and slip 'n slide party with family, then enjoyed fireworks. Perfect. I love America!!

cause I didn't think of painting my toes until I ran out of time to get the right things to helpmake dots and stripes. (not totally sure what to use yet, but I have a year to look!)
