There's no doubt that Easton is all boy. He still loves to 'drive' his car, but sometimes now he's keeping it parked in exchange for nature toys. He loooves collecting rocks and throwing them into the creek. And sticks. We have fun writing his name in the dirt with sticks and it's cute to hear him say (on his own) "e, a, s, o, easton!" Sometimes he gets more or less of the letters, but those are pretty constant.
We had so much fun in the sunshine today I wish I had my camera. He's getting into climbing trees. Umm, not so happy about that. He is a boy though. He just climbs on stumps and low branches for now. I treasure these sunshine filled moments of his pure and utter delight. Especially after a day where he endured shopping and errands all morning to fill me with delight.

Boys will be boys!!! I'm so glad you are getting out and enjoying some sunshine, and shopping.
oh those were Carters favorite things to do when he was that age too. oh wait they still are. he cant resist a mud puddle with rocks by it. lol
I am glad you rewarded him after enduring shopping. you just wait til he can verbally protest it, but maybe if you keep enjoying time with him afterwards then he wont. :)
