Nordstrom

This is my new favorite place to shop. I remember that my grandpa used to always shop here and no where else b/c of the customer service. I now understand why.

I've been searching high and low for the perfect summer skirts. I knew exactly what I wanted and found them online at Nordstrom. So I went on over. I'll save you the boring details, but I ended up wanting to return one and wanting another in every color possible. So I called them on a busy Saturday. A really nice woman helped me over the phone. She found the skirts I wanted in the store, the ones she couldn't she ordered from other stores in other states and had them shipped to me free of charge. I later received a thank you card from her for my business, and a week later received a telephone call from her making sure that i received my packages and offering any additional help.

These skirts weren't fancy. They cost no more than I would have spent at Old Navy. This was another reason I was so surprised at the customer service. I don't know if they work off commission or anything. I don't care. I just know that they won a new customer. It's hard to find this type of cheerful helpfulness these days.

I love Nordstroms too! They have amazing customer service. My aunt bought the kids a ton of clothes there (way more then they needed) and they were great about exchanging and returning things. Congrats on the skirts! That is always fun when you find something you like :)
