Half Way Baby

I've finally reached my halfway mark of baby weight to lose. I am very proud and excited, but then my bubble bursts when I realize I have that much more to lose still, and this round will probably take longer and be harder. Well, it already is harder. The good news...I am eating super duper healthy (thanks Luke :)) and have started running again. For real running, as in more than 2 laps around the track. Ya! Feels oh so good. I keep thinking "summer clothes, summer clothes, swimsuit, summer clothes..."

Kelly,
Wow! Your Luke is growing fast! He is adorable. I am so happy that Easton got his cast off and is doing well. I am happy he is sensitive to you too. (I also got mastitis and I agree with you on that one!) My parents got to help with Draper temple open house. I am so glad you enjoyed it. I am hoping we might make it to Utah to see it before the dedication. It is Monument 10K season here again. I am so happy you are running again. You are a great runner! Good luck with the "half way" point I know you can do whatever you set your mind to doing.
Love, Sarah

It seems to be harder to loose the baby weight after the 2nd one.

Yeah! I know it is sooo much work. I have been reading so much about weight loss and get new ideas every day. The newest one- drinking alot of COLD water. According to this study I read, if you drink more cold water, your body has to use extra energy to heat it and your kidneys can function at full potential and leave your liver to break down fat- its main function. I'll send you a copy of this article. It has some new ideas that I have not considered.
