Holiday Munchies
I had better start this post about 2 months ago. That's when I started weight watchers with a couple friends of mine. We don't go to meetings but have our own free weigh-in each week. Well, I am proud to boast that since giving birth 2 1/2 months ago I have lost 40 pounds! Ok, so that includes Luke and all of his packaging. But I am still claiming it. I have been doing really well. Eating good and excercizing when I can. That is, until this week. I love Christmas baking and cooking and all the festivities. I want to bake lots of yummy treats and eat them all too! Oh its been rough. I figure if I can get through the next week without gaining weight then I can enjoy the holidays and continue on afterward. You still have to live, right?

WHAT? No sharing this year? I happen to recall yummy doughnuts last year. Get on it-my prego tummy is wanting them! Just kidding-any treat will do! =)
heck yes you have to live! Christmas is only once a year. that is my philosophy. :)
I told all my spinning classes this week coming up to give themselves a break on the eating. Me- as calorie counting as I am think if you do not plan "breaks" you binge more! Have fun eating 1/2 gallon of ice cream or whatever it is your crave! As for me I want to go to breakfast at IHOP and have pancakes, sausage- the works!
