Well, 7 weeks and counting down! Let's start with my complaints:
- I'm still hot as ever (although this past week has been lovely and cooler),
- tired of swelling and feeling like my skin is about to burst,
- I'm HUGE and growing (I can say that #1 b/c it's true and #2 b/c strangers ask me all the time, with a look of pity, when I'm due and are shocked when I don't say w/in 2 weeks),
- never comfortable sitting or sleeping but I can't stand too long either.
I'm glad knowing we're on the home stretch, though. I feel this kid and see him moving around like a maniac, and that's kinda fun. Maybe I just wasn't very aware, but I never really got that much with Easton so this is kind of exciting for us. We're excited b/c we have another ultrasound scheduled for August 28th to "make sure" everything's all right. Okkk, you twisted my arm. I'll do it. I'm not worried at all, he feels healthy and big to me. I'm anxious to know how big though and get a better idea (if possible) if I'll make it another 7 weeks or not.
I still have tons to do though. The room is painted but that's about all. I have piles on the floor of clothes that need to be folded and put away, I should get a couple diapers on hand, my project list has come to a halt and it doesn't look like I'll get much further on it. Darn it! I have created more obstacles for myself, though. I have decided to get into my sister's favorite Gilmore Girls (I know, way behind the times). So I'm trying to watch that and then the last Stephanie Meyer vampire book is out and I'm trying to read that too, along with the daily chores of motherhood and homemaking and there's not enough time for it all! I'm trying to take this opportunity to ration my time better and so far I'm doing better. Shoot, I'm even adding these posts!

You look great Kel. Enjoy these last weeks. I know is sounds crazy, but enjoy being able to see your belly moving all around knowing that you have a healthy baby in there. I'm so glad everything is going well for you, besides not having enough time to get all the things done you want.
Thanks for sharing your trip. Dave only told me about the elk. SURPRISE! I've had all summer and I havn't gotten one project done, (several started and left unfinished). Personaly, I can't wait for this new one. Don't feel bad, I looked 9 months along for the last 3 months with all the kids and they were not even that big.
I am so glad I have a pregnancy look a like. I get that big too and get the sympathy looks when telling people i still have weeks to go.
ahhh, it's good to know I'm not alone, and that there's hope:)
