Pantry

Actually it's called our "cold storage" if you really want to know. When we bought the house it was an empty cement closet. I am so lucky to have such a handy husband that enjoys a good project! He built all the shelving in this room. No formal plan and certainly no intructions or guidance of any kind, and he tacked all this up. I'm so impressed, grateful, and proud!
Check out the can section. It has room for 24 different types of cans, and each holds about 15-20 cans. Well, it holds an entire flat anyway. He angled the boards so that you put the cans in through the top and then when it hits bottom the can rolls forward to the opening. Automatic rotator. The most impressive part to me is that he just figured out how to do it in his head and made it happen.
