I am proud, but actually a little bummed that Easton's decided that he's over the savage life - he doesn't like using his hands to eat anymore. Unless it's a finger food, of course. In my opinion, he shouldn't even know the difference yet. He's been proficient using the spoon for months now, but now he's into the fork. I guess I wouldn't mind so much if the forks 'poked' better to pick up food. I'm sure in a month I'll be grateful. Guess I'd better start looking for more forks.

Toddler forks are a tough one! From what I remember, the metal ones "grab" the food better than the plastic ones. We used an antique mini silver fork for Paige and it was perfect. I guess way back in the day there wasn't such a "safety" push so the kids don't poke their mouths. Good luck! IF I visit soon. I will bring it for you to try. :)
Oh yah, I hate forks. you dont want them to be dangerous but yet want them to actually work!!
