More Good News

This news I can share. Sorry to do that to you yesterday, but I really am thrilled. So the new news is that Dave got a promotion! I guess it's called a promotion. Walgreens is opening another store in a couple weeks and they made him the pharmacy manager. I think that it basically means that there's more paperwork, more headaches, and more money. Not tons, but we hope enough to be worth it. Dave says that if he doesn't like it he'll just demote himself. Funny guy. So practical. I'm glad he's not the money hungary type. The current store Dave's at is open 24 hours, but the new one is not. That's very good. The new hours will be more limited, so on weekends I'll be sure to have him home in the evenings. And holidays. Yippee for that! (No, he never works at night right now, they have people that specifically work the night shift.) They already had a couple other people interested in that position but Dave's made quite an impression on a number of people so they offered it to him first. (I can brag because he won't) Congrats Dave!
