What Matters
One of my best friend's mom died last week. Tara's. What a shock! She was in good health with no warning. So hard. Even having the knowledge that their family will all be back together one day, it doesn't make it easier. This was the first funeral I've been to since my brother's death about 7 years ago. Whew. It was tough for all. But I found peace in knowing that death isn't the end. And it reminded me how important it is to savor every day with the ones we love whether near or far, because you just never know.

Are you talking about Elaine Advani. I am speechless. When did she die. I would love to send a card. An address would also be helpful.

That is so sad. I am glad you can be there for her at this difficult time. I will keep her and her family in my prayers.
