"Gone With the Wind"

I've been trying to watch some of the classics - the movies everybody's heard of and knows lines from. "Casablanca" was one that we watched. "Citizen Kane" was another. I need to see them again since I can barely remember them now. Tonight I watched "Gone With the Wind." I was so excited. Since Dave's gone I am anxious to watch movies that I know he has zero interest in. So I got out my fingernail polish and turned it on. Great movie. Hated the ending. It's real I guess. But who wants reality when watching a movie? No real happy thoughts going to bed tonight. Except that I'm grateful for a husband that I know I love and loves me back, and a child that brings us immeasurable joy. That's enough. And if you haven't seen the movie, you won't fully appreciate that. Nevermind, yes you will;)

I feel the same, I did not enjoy the movie so much. I know it's a classic and all, but so sad
