Closed!

Amazing but true. We have finally closed on our house in Virginia. Long story short, Monday morning our buyer's lender called us and said that it was a no-go from the underwriters and it'd probably be another 30 days. Then she called back later that day and said to not ask her how but we're closing tomorrow, and we did. If you knew this whole long story you'd know what a miracle this truly is. Serious. And Dave got his approval letter in the mail yesterday to take his tests so he'll take the national test this Saturday and then the state on the 16th. We're saying our prayers for those too. Things are looking up:)
