Well, here we go again - whoo-hoo! After much attempted negotiation our buyers were being quite unreasonable, so we decided to start over. I think we were being quite generous, but we weren't going to give it away! So, here we are. We feel good about this decision, though. In our recent scripture reading the focus has being on patience and faith. We feel that is no coincidence and that things'll work out, with a little p & f on our part. We still plan on moving May 20th and have found a great townhouse in Lehi to rent until we buy. And my yard sale next week is still on!!
PS - the snow is gone and flowers are in bloom - hooray!

Oh no! I guess the "right" buyers are still out there, and they will just adore your home as much as you have. Good luck!
I have learned that too, and am testing that right now. That with patientce and faith, everything will work out
